Friends & Family Class - This course reviews Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED use and choking. It is perfect for anyone wanting to learn CPR.

HeartCode BLS - This course is geared towards medical professionals because of some medical terminology but ANYONE can take his certified course.

HeatSaver Total - This course is geared toward the “lay” public who want to recertified. This will also provide a First Aid certification.

Both courses will teach the same content, it is your individual preference for learning online vs in person learning.
HeartCode BLS (MOST POPULAR)
Is geared towards someone who prefers online learning. This is a 2 part course. You must complete the online education (part 1) and then schedule a skills session with us to complete part 2. Once both steps are complete you will receive your Ecard.
BLS
Is a full in person course that is primarily video driven with hands on skills practice.

If you are taking a class for a work requirement, then yes you will need to take one of our certified classes.
But if you are just wanting to know CPR, you DO NOT have to be certified. Our family and friends course will teach you everything you need to know about CPR on an Adult/Child and Infant. As well as AED use and how to relieve choking in an Adult/Child/Infant

We will send your card via email typically within 24-72 hours after a class. But you will be certified the day you complete your skills session.

Skills sessions typically take around will take around 30-60 minutes to complete. Depending how much practice you need prior to completing your skills test portion.

No, we offer blended courses. Part 1 can be done in the comfort of your own home and then part 2 is the hands on skills session.
It is SUPER IMPORTANT for you to complete an in-person skills session. The more practice you can get the more comfortable you will be if an actual situation arises.

The AHA does not mandate a minimum age requirement for learning CPR. The ability to perform CPR is based more on body strength than age. Studies have shown that children as young as nine years old can learn and retain CPR skills.
