Join us for session one Family & Friends CPR class with Kaizen Health and Wellness on March 23rd, 1:00pm - 2:30pm at Kazien Health and Wellness in Urbandale. This class teaches you Adult/Child/Infant CPR, AED use and choking using The American Heart Association guidelines.

This class is great for ANYONE wanting to learn CPR. Great for parents, babysitters, coaches who don’t need to be certified but want to be equipped with the skills.
