Hi, I’m Beth co-owner of Neighbors CPR. I was born and raised here in Des Moines. I am 1 of 6 children! Yes, you read that right I have 5 siblings and we are all super close.

I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 15 years. We have 3 beautiful, caring, sports loving kiddos. Depending on what time of year it is, you can either find me in the gym or at the ball park watching them play!

Puppy chow is my jam!

I love laughing, singing and dancing. I love reading! For my 30th bday I rode every single mile of Ragbraii. I would love to say I will do it again but I don’t think it is in the cards for me.

I am so thankful I get to “do life” with such amazing friends and family!
